Frequently asked questions

Insurance, cost & what to expect

Straight answers before you walk in. Money shouldn't be one more thing to worry about during a dental emergency.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept my insurance?
We're out-of-network with commercial dental insurance, but we still submit the claim for you. Some carriers pay you directly, so you'd cover the full cost at your visit and get reimbursed afterward. Others pay us directly. In that case, we estimate your insurance portion up front and it comes off what you owe that day.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Indiana Medicaid at all three locations.
What if I don't have insurance or Medicaid?
That's most of our patients. You'll get a clear price before we start any treatment. No surprises on the bill.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, third-party financing (like CareCredit) is available at all three locations so treatment doesn't have to wait on your budget.

Cost & Pricing

Every visit starts with an exam and a clear, upfront price before we treat you, with no surprises on the bill. Because cost depends on your specific diagnosis, we post exact price caps on each location's page → rather than a single site-wide number.

Visit & Walk-ins

Do I need an appointment?
No. We see patients first-come, first-served. Check in online from any location page to hold your place in line before you arrive.
What should I bring?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you're currently taking.
Do you see children?
Yes, all ages are welcome at every location.
What if it's life-threatening?
Call 911 or go to the nearest ER. That's not something we're equipped to handle. We're here for urgent dental pain, trauma, and infections that don't require a hospital.
