Insurance & Cost

What to expect when it's time to pay

Every Emergency Dental location sets its own accepted plans and pricing, so treat this as the general picture. For exact numbers, visit your location's page.

1
Insurance
Every location accepts PPO dental plans from most major carriers. Our Indiana locations also accept Indiana Medicaid and other government plans. We'll verify your specific benefits before treatment.
2
No insurance? No problem
Uninsured patients pay our standard self-pay rate. No markup, no judgment. You'll know the number before we start any work.
3
Financing
Every location offers monthly payment plans for larger treatment, with approval decisions the same day. Ask at check-in.

Our payment policy

Every visit starts with an emergency exam and X-ray. That's how we see what's actually going on and give you an exact price for anything else before we start. Treatment costs are in addition to the exam.
Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless you're using an approved financing plan. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA cards.
No surprise costs. We confirm your exact price after a same-day exam and walk you through it before any treatment begins.
If you have insurance, bring your card. We'll bill your plan directly and you're responsible for any remaining copay, deductible, or coinsurance at checkout.
Bring a photo ID along with your insurance card and payment method. It speeds up check-in, especially for a same-day emergency visit.
